About the Lodge...
The lodge offers a premium, fully equipped alpine experience designed for both comfort and functionality. Guests have access to expansive communal spaces including a dining room with panoramic mountain views, a dedicated library and quiet zone, a TV lounge, and a games area with table tennis. All rooms feature private ensuites, ensuring a high level of comfort and privacy, while a dedicated ski tuning area supports seamless time on the mountain.
Catering is a key inclusion, with chef and nutritionist-prepared meals provided daily—breakfast, lunch, dinner, and dessert—alongside unlimited hot beverages. All dietary requirements are professionally accommodated. This all-inclusive lodge environment delivers exceptional value, combining high-quality accommodation, facilities, and dining in one of Australia’s most unique alpine locations.
What’s Not Included:
To keep your experience flexible and tailored to your family, some on-snow elements are booked separately and are not included in the program fee. These include oversnow transport to and from Charlotte Pass (approx. $160 return per adult, $130 per child), ski or snowboard hire, and lift passes. Transport from Jindabyne/Bullocks flat. Snacks, BYO extras and adult beverages.
We recommend arranging equipment hire directly with on-mountain providers and purchasing lift passes once you arrive, allowing you to make the best decision based on current weather and snow conditions. Lessons can be booked directly with the resort.
All of these services are charged at standard Charlotte Pass rates, and we do not add any additional organisation fees or mark-ups keeping everything transparent, accessible, and in your control.
